Please read before commissioning me. By paying upfront, you agree to the terms and conditions below:• The piece is only for PERSONAL, noncommercial use.
You can use it for icons, banners, etc. WITH CREDIT. You can print the commissioned artwork for yourself. Do not use it for NFTs and any other crypto adjacted. Do not use the art in training AI/ML models. Do not claim it as your own; copyright of the artwork still belongs to me. Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist and loss of rights to the commissioned artwork.If you're interested in commercial rights, please discuss it with me first before commissioning.• Finished art will be sent via email.
The commissioned artwork is digital. Upon starting the piece, it takes a minimum of 1-2 months to complete. You'll be informed when the process begins. Simple commissions, such as YCH Minis, may be finished faster.
The process will be shared with you, and any requested minor changes (color change, sizing, missing distinguishing features, etc.) are free. Any other major changes after the sketch approval will cost depending on the requested change.Visual references are preferred, can also work with detailed written references (the price may increase). The background will be simple and may include different shapes, flowers, symbolic motifs, etc. Disability aids are completely free.Commissioned artworks will be posted on Twitter (X) (@hortensjjja) and in portfolios unless requested otherwise. WIPs may also be posted unless requested otherwise. If desired, NDA fees will be applied to keep the commissioned artwork offline and private.• Full refunds ONLY if the process of the commissioned piece hasn't begun.
Any attempted chargebacks without discussion will result in being permanently blacklisted. No refunds on premade designs (adopts). I will refund if, as an artist, I can't begin nor complete the process for any reason.• SFW only.
Artistic nudity is allowed. No furries, mecha, due to lack of my artistic skill. No gore, violence, nor hateful contents.
